We have a number of suppliers from which we get our meat. Our beef and lamb is supplied by Ron Ward out at Cootamundra 2 hours away to the west. Our Chickens come from Inglewood farms located in southern Queensland. And our pork is supplied by a farm in Temora in southern New South Wales
Our Beef and Lamb is 100% grass fed, with no grains in their diet whatsoever
Our Chickens are feed mixture of grass and seed

Because we have all our meat delivered in carcass form, nearly any request can be met. Please call us in store to discuss what you were looking for, and a qualified butcher can assist you in acquiring what you need.
Beef usually weighs in around 110 kilograms.
Pork is usually between 30 to 35 kilograms.
Lamb usually weighs about 15 kilograms.
