Where do we get our produce from?

We have a number of suppliers from which we get our meat. Our beef an lamb is supplied by Ron Ward out at Cootamundra 2 hours away to the west. Our Chickens come from Inglewood farms located in southern Queensland. And our pork is supplied by a farm in Temora in southern New South Wales

What is it fed?

Our beef and lamb is 100% grass fed, with no grains in their diet whatsoever

Our chickens are feed mixture of grass and seed

Why is grass fed better?

  • No hormones or antibiotics
  • High in omega 3
  • Rich in antioxidants
  • Sustainable farming practices

Are any chemicals used on the farms?

No.

I was looking for a specific cut of meat, do you have it?

Because we have all our meat delivered in carcass form, nearly any request can be met. Please call us in store to discuss what you were looking for, and a qualified butcher can assist you in acquiring what you need.

What size is a side of an animal (Bulk purchases)?

Beef usually weighs in around 110 kilograms.

Pork is usually between 30 to 35 kilograms.

Lamb usually weighs about 15 kilograms.
